Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through www.eeeware.com, operated by EeeWare Ltd.
1. Digital Products
EeeWare sells digital products, including but not limited to apps, software files, website templates, downloadable resources, digital documents, installation files, and other electronic products.
Because digital products are delivered electronically, purchases are generally non-refundable once the product has been downloaded, accessed, installed, delivered, activated, or made available to the customer.
By purchasing a digital product from EeeWare, you acknowledge that the product may be made available immediately after purchase and that your right to cancel may be affected once digital delivery has started.
2. When Refunds May Be Considered
We may consider a refund where:
The digital product is faulty or does not work as described;
The digital product has not been delivered due to an issue caused by us;
The wrong product was supplied;
The product is materially different from its description on our website;
A duplicate purchase was made by mistake; or
A refund is required under applicable consumer law.
If there is a technical issue, we may first offer support, troubleshooting, repair, replacement, updated files, or an alternative download before considering a refund.
3. When Refunds Are Usually Not Available
Refunds are usually not available where:
The product has already been downloaded, accessed, installed, activated, or delivered;
The customer changes their mind after purchase;
The customer purchased the wrong product by mistake;
The customer no longer needs the product;
The customer does not have the required device, operating system, software, browser, hosting, third-party account, or technical ability to use the product;
The product has been used, copied, modified, shared, or redistributed;
The customer expected features that were not listed in the product description; or
The issue is caused by third-party software, hosting, browser settings, device limitations, internet connection, app store restrictions, or customer-side configuration.
4. Compatibility and System Requirements
Before purchasing, customers are responsible for checking the product description, compatibility information, system requirements, supported platforms, file type, licence terms, and any instructions provided on the product page.
For apps, software, and website templates, compatibility may depend on the customer’s device, operating system, browser, hosting provider, app store account, third-party tools, or technical setup.

5. Website Templates and Source Files
Website templates, code files, design files, and downloadable source files are supplied as digital products.
Once these files have been downloaded, accessed, or delivered, refunds are generally not available unless the product is faulty, not as described, or a refund is required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for editing, hosting, customising, deploying, and maintaining website templates unless a separate service agreement has been purchased.
6. Apps Purchased Through Google Play
Some EeeWare apps may also be available through Google Play.
If you purchase, download, install, or subscribe to an EeeWare app through Google Play, your purchase may be subject to Google Play’s own payment, refund, cancellation, subscription, and account policies.
For purchases made through Google Play, refund requests should normally be made through Google Play or the relevant app store process.
EeeWare Ltd may not be able to directly refund purchases made through Google Play unless permitted by Google Play’s systems and policies.
7. Faulty Digital Products
If you believe a digital product is faulty, defective, inaccessible, or not as described, please contact us at:

Please include:
Your full name;
Your order number;
The email address used at checkout;
The name of the product;
A clear description of the issue;
Screenshots, error messages, or screen recordings where possible; and
Details of your device, operating system, browser, hosting environment, or software setup if relevant.
We will review the issue and may offer technical support, replacement files, corrected files, an update, alternative delivery, or a refund where appropriate.
8. Refund Request Timeframe
Refund requests should be made as soon as possible after purchase and preferably within 14 days of the purchase date.
Requests made after this period may still be reviewed at our discretion, especially where the product is faulty, not as described, or where consumer law requires it.
9. Processing Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will normally be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, Shopify Payments, PayPal, card provider, Google Play, or other payment processor.
We do not control the time taken by banks, app stores, or payment processors to complete the refund after it has been issued.
10. No Unauthorised Redistribution
Refunds will not be granted where there is evidence that a digital product has been copied, resold, redistributed, shared, uploaded publicly, transferred to others, modified for unauthorised resale, or used in breach of our Terms of Service or licence terms.
11. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
If you are a consumer, you may have legal rights where digital content is faulty, not as described, not of satisfactory quality, or not fit for purpose.
