9. Google Play Purchases

For apps obtained through Google Play, you should follow Google Play’s download and installation process.

Issues relating to Google Play account access, app store downloads, app store payment processing, device compatibility shown by Google Play, app updates through Google Play, or Google Play refund processes may need to be handled directly through Google Play.

EeeWare Ltd may provide reasonable product support where possible, but we may not control Google Play’s systems, policies, payment processes, or technical restrictions.

10. Failed or Incomplete Delivery
